Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating a Nivorai account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Nivorai is a personal productivity platform combining task management, journal, mood tracking, finance, fitness, focus, habits and an opt-in AI assistant. The service is provided “as is” at the plan tier you have purchased.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password and 2FA recovery codes safe. You must be at least 13 years old to use Nivorai (16 in EU jurisdictions). One person per account.
4. Plans and billing
We offer two tiers: Free (no card required, with published usage caps) and Pro (unlimited usage plus the AI assistant bundled in — there is no separate AI add-on). New users may start a 7-day Pro trial without entering a payment method; if the trial is not converted to a paid subscription, the account simply reverts to Free at the end of the trial — no automatic charge ever occurs without an active payment method on file. Paid Pro subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds are available within 30 days of the most recent charge for any reason; thereafter prorated refunds are granted only at our discretion. 5. Acceptable use
Don’t reverse engineer, load-test, or use Nivorai to break the law. Don’t store other people’s personal data without their consent. Don’t use the AI to produce harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
6. Your content
You own the content you put into Nivorai. You grant us the minimum license needed to host, process and display it back to you. We do not train AI on your content.
7. AI disclaimer
AI responses are generated by Google Gemini and may be inaccurate, biased, or outdated. Nivorai is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial). Verify anything important.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You can delete your account from Settings → Account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. After termination your data is removed within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent Turkish courts as determined by applicable civil procedure rules. EU consumers retain mandatory rights of their country of residence.
